Detailed information regarding the security flaws, previously withheld from public disclosure, was released to Judicial Watch (JW). Also released to Judicial Watch were “Sensitive Information – Special Handling” memos sent from CMS to Mitre Corporation, the Healthcare.gov security testing company, in which CMS rated “political … damage” and “public embarrassment to CMS” as factors in defining “Risk Rating” priorities. The HHS documents were released as a result of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch on March 18, 2014. Obama, Holder, and the Justice Department have been bring lawsuits against states which are trying to protect election integrity but a US District Court Judge ruled that Judicial Watch and True the Vote had “standing to challenge Indiana’s alleged violations of their voter list.” On June 4, 2014 a Federal judge approved a Motion to Dismiss the election integrity lawsuit against the State of Indiana. Indiana actions to clean up their roles resulted in moving 700,000 registrations to “inactive” status—17% of Indiana voter registrations were essentially phantom registrations. Our president and attorney general are busy trying to prevent any states from protecting the election integrity within their state. Why would our president and the top legal authority in the US sue states to keep illegal voters on the election roles??? Their propaganda simply states it is racist to require voter ID or to clean up the voter lists but any thinking person knows it's because they want those illegal votes to keep them in office. North Carolina passed a law to improve election integrity and voting after that law proved Obama & Holder were completely wrong. Black share of the total electorate increased. The percentage of black registered voters voting increased. Karakrah and Huerta met with two of the FBI’s “Most Wanted” terrorists: Jaber A. Elbaneh and Adnan Gulshair el Shukrijumah. Meetings took place in a private home a few years ago in Anthony, NM. The four men discussed the movement of drugs, money and people. The plots were further planned by fellow conspirators at a “mosque” on Redd Road in El Paso, as well as two other “mosques” in the city. There were more than 200 conflict-of-interest reviews by State Dept. ethics advisers but the Obama administration gave the Clintons an “ethical waiver” 100% of the time.
Obama & Holder Incite Racial Violence in Ferguson as they did with the Trayvon Martin case in Florida. Holder’s first order of business when he became attorney general was to drop the case against the New Black Panther Party, which threatened and intimidated white voters outside a polling station on Election Day 2008. This same Black Panther group is now advocating violence and murder in Ferguson. The Holder Justice Dept. does not know how to enforce the law in a racially-neutral manner.
Nearly half of federal agency rulings dismissing employee discrimination claims have been overturned under President Obama, costing American taxpayers tens of billions of dollars in settlements to keep with the administration’s mission of operating a politically correct government.
